Read, Play, Explore, Win!
Join the Teen Summer Reading Club and earn points towards our grand prize draws by doing all kinds of stuff over the summer: reading, making things, joining our digital programs, and exploring your community.
How does it work?
Teen Summer Reading Club is open to anyone in Brampton between 13 and 18 years of age.
Sign up starting on June 1 and collect points throughout the summer by logging the books you read, writing book reviews, participating in our virtual programs and completing online challenges!
When you participate in the Teen Summer Reading Club, you’ll get a shot at winning one of 3 Grand Prizes:
- Apple AirPods
- $150 gift card for Cineplex/Playdium
- 2 passes to Treetop Trekking Brampton
Plus, the club member who accumulates the most points at the end of the summer will win a $150 gift card to Chapters/Indigo.
AND Join before July 8 to be automatically entered into our Early Bird Draw for a pass to Wet ‘n’ Wild Toronto -- we’ll have one winner for each of our 8 library branches!
Participate online by creating a Teen Summer Reading Club account. Apple and Android users can also download the free ReadSquared app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to participate using their personal devices.
Grand prize winners' accounts will be reviewed by library staff to ensure that challenges and book logging has been completed legitimately. Club members who complete challenges fraudulently will be disqualified from winning any prizes. Full rules and regulations can be found here.
