Per Step 2 of the Province of Ontario's Roadmap to Reopen plan, Chinguacousy, Cyril Clark, Four Corners, and Springdale Branch Libraries now offer these in-branch services:

  • Print material and DVD collections are now open for browsing, so you can select your own materials to borrow. (Print newspapers and magazines are not available at this time.)
  • Library computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers will be able to use our sit-down computers for up to 1 hour per day. (Library Chromebooks are not available at this time.)
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning services are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All prints and photocopies are $0.20 per page in black and white. (Colour copies are not available.)

Please note that all customers and staff are required to wear masks inside our buildings, in accordance with the City of Brampton Mandatory Mask By-Law 135-2020. At this time, in-branch study and quiet space is not available and the use of personal devices to work or study is not permitted.

Please maintain physical distancing at all times while visiting our branches. Staff will be monitoring and limiting the number of people to a maximum capacity of 25% and periodically cleaning high-touch areas. Please self-screen before entering and use our self-check or mobile-app options to check out items where possible.
